TrustedTradeReport publishes independent broker reviews, including the AIC AG overview. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable law.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number and email address. We use this data only to respond to your request regarding the AIC AG report.
We also collect basic technical data, for example IP address, browser family and pages visited, so we can keep the site healthy and improve the editorial product.
Lawful basis
We process contact form data on the basis of your explicit consent. Technical logs are kept under legitimate interest, narrowly scoped to site operations and abuse prevention.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 18 months or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Technical logs are rotated within 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email delivery and analytics are handled by processors contractually bound to the same privacy standard described here.
